End trims also known as C or U/C Channels are designed to cover expansion gaps in both floating and glue-down floors. They’re ideal for creating smooth transitions between rooms or where flooring meets elements like sliding doors, large windows, or other surfaces such as carpet and tiles.
To install, the trim’s base is fixed to the subfloor with Liquid Nails adhesive. For external doorways, it’s best to choose a trim colour that complements the door, while internal transitions should match the floor colour for a seamless look.
